This is a nice cubist / modernist print with a Picasso-esque influence that is signed by the artist Enoldo Brell on the lower right.
It is dated 1972 on the lower right foot.

It's in good enjoyable condition, but as with any vintage item, it is not flawless. There are some scratch marks on the lower center and under the signature which can be viewed in the photos if you zoom in. When you view zoomed out, you can see how they can be easily overlooked.
